CRS BATCH DIGESTERS

The CRS Batch Digester is designed to run single cooks to produce large samples for measurements and for bleaching studies. The digester is agitated by turning the vessel. The temperature is controlled by a heating jacket and is logged by an internal element. Sampling is possible.

  • Liquid injection into closed vessel is performed with pumps or from charge vessels
  • Electrical heat jacket, steam jacket optional
  • Lid connections with valves
  • Lid and vessel guidance and lift
  • Temperatures inside the digester is sampled for H-factor calculations
  • PC operator interface with a flow diagram for good over-view and control
  • Temperature, pressure and agitation intensity are followed for both control and logging purposes
  • Solvent cooking is possible but will have a considerable impact on the room classification and safety devices
  • Turnkey with start-up at User's site
