CRS PULP WASHING EQUIPMENT

CRS Lab Washing Line is a modular pulp washing system with several operation modes and option levels. This line can also be configured as a standard set-up of manually operated separate units. The equipment is designed to handle cooked chips or pulp from typical lab reactors and mill samples. The Washing Line has a disintegrator which is charged from chip baskets, autoclaves or other containers. The disintegration process is run batch-wise for a time period pre-set by the operator. The disintegrated fibers are collected in a pulp tank and then led through the screening device. A rate controlled screw pulp forces the diluted pulp through a spray nozzle. The spray nozzle is moving up and down inside a running centrifuge. The pulp is collected in a bag in the centrifuge. The pulp is washed in the centrifuge.
