CRS offers support on all delivered equipment. Either as service agreements or as support by demand. Our new control architecture launched in 2018 greatly simplifies diagnostics and remote support.
By offering continues support and the possibility to upgrade control and HMI systems we help our customers prolong the equipment lifetime as well as adding new functions and features.
CRS flexible organization allows us to rapidly response to customers support demands. A support team usually consists of two experienced engineers with their specialties in mechanics, electronics and control systems. All CRS service personal have long experience working at mills, laboratories and research centers all over the world.
Service and support related to software can be handled by remote control.
